Vegan Carrot Cake

Organic Brown sugar, Organic Cane Sugar, Carrots, Egg replacer, Oil, Vanilla, Pineapple, and Spices.

Frosting; Organic Powdered sugar, Vegan Butter, Almond milk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Vanilla, Lemon, and Salt. Tumeric, and Matcha were used for the coloring of the Carrot.

Banana Bread Old Fashioned

Banana Infused Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, Giffards Banana Liqueur, Demerara Syrup, Aromatic Bitters, Black Walnut Bitters.

Doctor’s Orders

Red Bell Pepper Infused Lunazul Reposado Tequila, Ancho Verde Poblano Liqueur, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Lime juice, Carrot Juice, Turmeric, Agave.

Dragon’s Mule

Dragonfruit infused Haku Japanese Vodka, Midori, Honeydew Puree, Lime. Topped with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

The Lux

Lavender Infused Citadelle Gin, Butterfly pea infused Luxardo maraschino cherry liqueur, Lemon juice, Orgeat.

Let that Mango

Coconut Cartel Rum, Giffards Pineapple liqueur, Mango juice, lime juice, Coconut Syrup.

Virgin Pina Colada

Pineapple juice, Pineapple puree, Unsweetened coconut milk, Simple syrup.

Cool Me Down

Pineapple juice, Lime juice, Mint, Agave, Soda water.

Mango Grapefruit Lemonade

Mango juice, Grapefruit juice, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup.

Feelin’ Rosy

Real Mccoy 3 year rum, Giffards Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon, Rose Simple Syrup.

Vanilla Chai Old Fashioned

Chai Tea infused Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, Giffards Vanilla liqueur, Agave, Orange Bitters, Aromatic Bitters.

Fall into Brazil

Plantation Dark Rum, Auva Amburana Cacacha, Blood orange juice, Bols Orange liqueur, Maple syrup, Nutmeg.

Three Hounds

Orange infused Citadelle Gin, Grapefruit juice, Rosemary Simple Syrup.

Passion of the mule

Haku Japanese Vodka, Passionfruit puree, Passoa PassionFruit liqueur, Lime juice. Topped with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

Ginger Honey Old Fashioned

Wild Turkey Long branch Whiskey, Ginger Honey Syrup, Aromatic bitters, Orange Bitters.

Garnished with Ginger candies, made from the ginger that was used in the syrup.

The Garden of Gin

Gray Whale Gin, Thai Basil Syrup, Giffards Elderflower liqueur, Lime juice, Muddled Cucumber.

Watermelon Mint Mule

Haku Japanese Vodka, Watermelon Syrup, Yuzu Liqueur, Mint. Topped with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

Gringalita

Plantation 5 year rum, Cream cheese liqueur, puree, Simple Syrup.

Cream Cheese Liqueur made by me. Garnish is a Guava candy made from guava paste, & sugar.

Very Berry Paloma

Partida Blanco Tequila, Giffards Blackberry Liqueur, Grapefruit juice, Lime juice, Simple Syrup. Topped with Soda Water.

The Little Verde

Haku Japanese Vodka, Midori, Lime juice, orgeat.

Fleurs de Prairie Rośe, Plantation 3 Star White rum, Watermelon Syrup, Giffards Peach Liqueur, Simple Syrup.

Strawberry Negroni

Strawberry infused Citadelle Gin, Strawberry Infused Campari, Cinzano 1757 Sweet Vermouth.

Irish Coffee

Local Coffee infused Jameson Whiskey, Vegan Irish Cream Liqueur, Brown Sugar syrup.

Autumn Sunshine

Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple juice, Agave, Vanilla.

Attack on Mars

Plantation Dark Rum, Leblon Cacacha, Blood Orange juice, Lime juice, Tang Simple Syrup.

Garnish Tajin rim, Dehydrated tang and tajin blood orange.
